Hi, I'm Jen Ritchie. I've helped brands grow from $800K to $8 million, and I've run my own online and brick-and-mortar craft store, so I know the pressure of feeling like you should be running a holiday sale, without knowing what it should be, or whether it'll even work.
This is my 21st holiday season, and I'm still in it every year, planning BFCM and Christmas with the brands I work with right now.
Every October my DMs fill up with "I know I should have started already." And more and more, I hear "I don't do Black Friday." Those store owners don't need to slash their prices. They need a plan that fits their people.
The holiday season was never won by the biggest discount.
I've seen stores do $100K over BFCM weekend. But the wins I love most come from simple things built with what a store already has: a gift set, a gift guide, a small gift with purchase. Making it festive, giving customers something to get excited about, and getting noticed while everyone else shouts about sales.
The holiday season sneaks up on all of us. We throw together last-minute deals, get frantic, and don't get to enjoy Christmas ourselves. So I built the Holiday Rescue Room: a live, hands-on workshop where we work through your offer, your emails and your week-by-week plan together, and you walk away ready to run it, and to enjoy the holidays too.
